A structural diagrid reduces material use by 30% while creating column-free floor plates that offer maximum flexibility for future tenants. The lobby, clad in Portuguese limestone and brushed brass, sets a tone of quiet sophistication.

The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, with features including a rainwater harvesting system, photovoltaic panels integrated into the facade, and a smart building management system.
